Because we don’t provide an off the shelf product
naturally it take time to print your personalised golf balls. The standard printing lead time for our personalised golf balls is
2-3 working days (which in itself it pretty speedy!) and combined with the
standard 2-3 working day delivery we advise that your order will be delivered
in the UK in a maximum of 6 working days. However, if you need your order in a
hurry we offer two upgraded Express print options to get your golf balls to you
extra quick.
For those orders needed in a real hurry we have
available a Super Express same working day print, providing you order before
12pm and want less than 12 boxes of balls, we can print and dispatch your order
the same day. Combined with a next day delivery service, either standard
delivery before 5pm or upgraded to before 12pm or before 10am you could receive
you golf balls less than 24 hour after ordering.
For those orders which are not quite so urgent our 24
hour Express print is a popular option. Order on any working day and your order
will be printed in less than 24 hours from us receiving it. Where possible we
will attempt to print the same day but we guarantee that if you order before
5pm on any week day the latest your order will be dispatched is 5pm the next
day. (for orders placed on a Friday this may mean that they are not printed
until Monday).
Super Express orders will be subject to an additional
charge of £20 for the same day printing and Express order will be an additional
£10.
Orders placed using our logo printing service can also
have an upgraded printing lead time. Logo golf balls take us 5-7 working days to
process and print but we can upgrade your print to an Express service. Because
of the technical and lengthy time is takes to print we can’t do these quite as
quickly as we offer for personalised golf balls but we can have your golf balls
ready to ship in 2-3 working days. The Express printing upgrade for our logo
service is an additional £30.
